The most attractive feature of Toro is its location. At the river promenade, it seems like the perfect spot to enjoy lunch in summer. It offers a wide range of options from different kitchens, going from nachos or quesadillas to ceviche or grilled meat and fish. Without being a Mexican place, it has a tex-mex style. Food is ok, but nothing out of the ordinary.
